ELEVTON Sp. z o.o. is a Polish limited liability company working in building construction and finishing. We take on projects where the structure and the interior must be coordinated by people who understand both.
Our registered activities cover construction works related to the erection of residential and non-residential buildings (PKD 41.00), and completion works in buildings (PKD 43.30). This lets us work from the first structural stage through to the finishing trades.
We work with developers, owners and investors who want clear scopes, realistic schedules and a single point of contact. Before work starts we agree what is included, who is responsible for each stage and how progress will be reported.

Residential building construction
Construction works for apartment buildings and houses: groundwork coordination, structural elements, walls, floors and roofing stages carried out to the approved design.

Non-residential building construction
Offices, retail and service premises, and light commercial buildings. We plan access, safety and sequence of trades around how the building will be used.

Plastering and wall finishing
Interior and exterior plastering, surface preparation, levelling and smoothing, so that walls are ready for decoration.

Floors and wall coverings
Screeds, floor coverings, tiling and wall cladding for homes and commercial interiors, with attention to junctions and edges.

Painting and decorative works
Interior painting and surface treatment, including preparation, protection of finished areas and final touch-ups.

Interior completion and handover
Coordination of the final trades, snagging lists and clean handover, so the client receives a space that is ready to use.
